Refresher Workshops for mums and dads who have done it before. With Laura in the comfort of your own home, at a time that suits you. Workshops tailored to meet your needs. 2 sessions £60.00

Birth Doula
Which includes a minium of two visits before the birth, and I am always available to contact by email or telephone, continuous support during the labour and birth and one visit postnatally. For more information about having a birth Doula contact Laura
Cost £350

Planned Caesarean Birth. Which includes meeting up prior to the caesarean. Discussing what happens during a caesarean. What support you would like during and immediately after the birth. £150.00 Contact Laura or Julie if you would like to discuss this further

Postnatal Doula
Two or three sessions per week (for a minimum of 3 hours per session) for as long as required.
Cost £12.00 an hour

Session 4 (with Julie) Practical Baby
Nappy Changing Challenge. Nows the time to have a go! Practical Baby: Not overheating baby. How to lay a baby down safely in his moses basket/cot. What the latest recommendations are about where the baby should sleep. Crying Baby. Why might the baby be crying? How to soothe a crying baby. Postnatal Timeline. What’s happening immediately after you have had your baby up until 6months.

Breastfeeding Counsellor

Nicole Carpenter is a experienced qualified Breastfeeding Counsellor, she can provide a one to one breastfeeding session, in the comfort of your own home, either as part of the birth workshops or as a stand alone session.

The session will be designed around your individual needs at a time and date to suit you. Here is an example of what Nicole could cover:

  • How breastfeeding works
  • How babies feed
  • Step by step easy to follow guide to positioning your baby
  • What to do to avoid pain
  • What to do to ensure a ready and plentiful supply of milk
  • Expressing - why, how, and when.
  • Lots of fun exercises to help learning
  • Lots of literature for you to keep to refer to later
  • Question and answer time
